1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.

1.2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Queensland & Metro Areas: 2–5 business days
  • Interstate (Australia): 3–10 business days
  • Regional/Remote Areas: 5–14 business days

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

1.3 Shipping Carriers

We use reputable courier services and postal providers such as:

  • Australia Post
  • Courier companies (e.g. TNT, Toll, StarTrack)

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

1.4 Risk & Title

All goods purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means:

  • Risk passes to you upon dispatch
  • Title passes once full payment is received

1.5 Delivery Issues

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
  • Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation.

2. Refund & Returns Policy

2.1 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is significantly different from its description
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

2.2 Change of Mind Returns

We may offer returns for change of mind subject to the following conditions:

  • Request made within 7–14 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Used or damaged items not due to fault

2.4 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

2.5 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
